The World is Flat
Despite the end to the frenzied pace of speculative real estate purchases, buyers from all over the world continue to snatch up properties thousands of miles from home often without setting foot on the property. Today’s buyer is motivated by the desire to use and enjoy the property they are acquiring and is taking full advantage of the undervalued United States Dollar and high inventory levels.
